Obstacles do not block the path, they are the path.

I’m so glad you’re here

Reaching out for help can be overwhelming and scary even in the best of circumstances. It might also feel hard to navigate who to seek support from. I deeply value the power of the therapeutic relationship and want to ensure that you find a therapist who is a good fit for your unique needs. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation for a chance to see if we’ll make the right match.

Hi there, my name is Kelly (she/her). I am a Social Work Licensure Candidate based in Bozeman, MT. I offer individual counseling services via telehealth to folks located in Montana.

To Wander Well

It’s cliche but true that life is a journey. One in which we can hopefully take our time to explore different paths, feel connected in relationships, and find balance in the everyday. Yet just like wandering in our natural world, this journey can be full of twists and turns, brambles, steep ascents, and slippery descents. At times, you may feel alone, stuck, exhausted, or simply too overwhelmed to want to keep moving. In these situations, therapy can help.

In particular, I view therapy as a space for healing, reflection, and change. One in which we can better outfit you with the skills and perspectives you need most for the journey you are on. Regardless of how you are hoping to grow or heal, my style is process driven and rooted in self-guided meaning making. I take a culturally-attuned and trauma-informed approach. Understanding that even as you are shaped by social and cultural contexts, you are a unique individual and the expert on your own identity.

In collaboration, we will identify strategies that empower you to navigate the peaks and valleys of your journey. With compassion and curiosity, we will explore existing patterns, coping methods, and relationships in your life. We will honor your emotions and past experiences and gently challenge that which is no longer serving you. My ultimate hope is that our work together will both allow you to feel safe showing up just as you are, and support you in finding growth as your most authentic and free self.

May we all live in communities where every person’s truest Self is both held and free.
